The fully air conditioned Fitness Centre is for adult men and women and is a friendly and informal place to work out.
The changing rooms have showers and a sauna.

We have affordable rates for members and non-members which gives you access to two studios with over 70 adult classes including swiss ball, yoga, pilates, circuit training, spinning with static bikes and aerobics. We also offer personalised induction programmes. Click on the activity of your choice from below or the left-hand menu.

All classes Fitness Centre are taught by qualified instructors and are suitable for men and women.

Open 7am-10pm Monday - Friday, 8am-5.30pm Saturday and 10am-5.30pm Sunday. A crèche for the under five year olds operates Monday to Friday 9.30-11.30am.
